 I currently work for PMP Recruitment within Nestle Confectionary on the
packing side of the business. I was trained up to operate machinery by the
shift manager that I was working for at the time, through my hard work and
diligence the manager requested that I work alongside the full time
employees.
 As part of the role I operate a range of machinery, from new electronic robotic
and older mechanical chain driven machines for various elements of the
packing process, part of this I was responsible for maintaining the older
machines. This involved following precise Health and safety guidelines, in the
role as a whole.

Key Achievements
 I was working on the employment and support helpline, during my time in the
civil service which entailed strict security guidelines, a lot of communication
and detailing in numerous government body databases that all linked in
together. I also had to maintain call durations as well as my length of time
detailing the systems as the role was also target driven and strict deadlines.
 My position within the DWP is focused on a high level of customer service and
professionalism as I represent the local government and also to try and
restore faith in the system.

 I have been working with the public for quite some time, but whilst working for
Screwfix I was delivering a great level of customer service as well as building

 Whilst working for Newcastle City Council I underwent National pool life guard
exam which had numerous modules that had to be completed without error,
this included various strokes, supports and first aid which were all completed.
