ness generation, energy and water conservation, waste management and carbon footprint calcula-
tion & reduction.
(c)The social section of the report discusses the community engagement initiatives adopted by the
bank in and around its location of operations.
The data presented in the report is based on results from some formal and some informal
monitoring and reporting procedures. This year the Bank has carved out a Corporate Sustainability
Department which will hence forth ensure structured approach to sustainability practises.
