managers are given responsibility and opportunities to flourish

modules, business review and performance appraisal meetings to
motivate the employees
S Brain storming sessions are held weekly to know what developments can
be made to make the firm more competitive

S The firm uses EDI technologies for it’s information systems,
where easy access of information is provided to employees
regarding customer information, sales and product launches
