Knowledge Experience and
Intelligence
Education
• Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquiring
of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits.
• Educational methods - teaching, training, storytelling, discussion and
directed research.
• Education can take place in formal or informal settings and
any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks,
feels, or acts may be considered educational.
• Formal education is commonly divided formally into such stages
as preschool , primary school, secondary school and
then college, university,
Experience
• Experience is knowledge or skill in a particular job or activity, which
you have gained because you have done that job or activity for a long
time.
• something that you do or that happens to
you, especially something important that affects you.
Education vs Experience
• education is the peanut butter and jelly,
• but experience is the bread that keeps it all together!
• Without the bread, it can get pretty messy,
• but without the peanut butter and jelly, the bread doesn’t have much
flavor.
Measure of Intelligence
• What is your ultimate Goal ????????
Daily habits
• Smile - Starting each morning by smiling at yourself in the mirror
• Exercise -Even a small amount of physical activity can make a difference. Take a walk
around the block every night after dinner. Start your day with 5 minutes of stretching
• Get plenty of sleep
• Eat with mood in mind
• Give a compliment- Giving a sincere compliment is a quick, easy way to brighten someone’s
day while giving your own happiness a boost.
• Breathe deeply
• Acknowledge the unhappy moments - A positive attitude is generally a good thing, but bad
things happen to everyone. It’s just part of life. If you get some bad news, make a mistake,
or just feel like you’re in a funk, don’t try to pretend you’re happy.
• Face stress head-on - stressors you can’t avoid, remind yourself that everyone has stress —
there’s no reason to think it’s all on you. And chances are, you’re stronger than you think
you are.
• Be With your Close ones.
Weekly habits
• See friends - Humans are social beings, and having close friends can
make us happier.
• Plan your week
• Ditch your phone
• Get into nature - Spending 30 minutes or more a week in green
spaces can help lower blood pressure and depression
• Explore meditation – spirituality
Monthly habits
• Take yourself out - No one to go out with? Well, what rule says you
can’t go out alone?
• Create a thought list - At the start of each month, make a short list of
happy memories or things you’re looking forward
Yearly habits
• Take time to reflect
• Reevaluate your goals
• Take care of your body
• Let go of Disagreements
