2) These factors include women living longer, earlier puberty, fewer pregnancies and less breastfeeding, more hormone use, higher obesity rates, less exercise, more alcohol and smoking, lower vitamin D, more stress, and increased environmental pollutant exposure.

The infotainment system is one of such embedded feature incorporated in advance automobiles. A typical infotainment device consists of radio, media player and telephone features as its basic application. The growing popularity of these infotainment systems implies the scope for development in the entire domain of product design for generating a console application. The traditional method for interaction with these infotainment systems involves manual operations assisted with a remote control. Thus, exploring infotainment systems for effective human machine interface (HMI) techniques is to be done, aiming for a better solution. Gesture based interaction is a new possibility for having communication with these infotainment system. The use of gesture interface provides touch less mode of interaction. Thus, it becomes necessary to study the automotive environment to define the placement and usage of interface system considering its users. The driver being the primary user gets the majority of dash board access, thus developing an effective interface for dash board is the primary goal. Further designing a gesture based access control for the passengers in automotive domain is a novel solution in minimizing driver efforts. In the present work design and analysis of a prototype gesture interface for infotainment system is discussed considering its optimum usage for the passenger accommodating rear seat in automobile. Additionally the implementation of the prominent interface is carried in a view to characterize the constraints and define its usability quotient. The prototype setup for experimental work consists of MATLAB based algorithms for interpreting the interface.

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death for women today. In Singapore, one in 16 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, with Chinese women at higher risk. The highest number of cases occur in women aged 55-59. While the exact causes are unknown, risk factors include family history, early menstruation, and age over 40. Regular breast exams and mammograms can aid in early detection when treatment is most effective. Preventive measures include avoiding alcohol, eating fruits and vegetables, and exercising regularly.

Regarding breast cancer diagnoses, almost 80% of cases involve invasive ductal carcinoma. IDC – Invasive (infiltrating) ductal carcinoma begins in a milk passage or duct and breaks through the wall of the duct. Invasive Ductal Breast Cancer generally occurs when the cancer cell invades the basement membrane of the breast, penetrating the underlying supportive tissue. From there, the cells can also extend to other parts of the body.

Em consonância com os ODS – Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Estratégia Global para a Saúde das Mulheres, Crianças e Adolescentes, e aplicando uma abordagem baseada nos direitos humanos, os esforços de cuidados pós-natais devem expandir-se para além da cobertura e da simples sobrevivência, de modo a incluir cuidados de qualidade.
Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
Uma “experiência pós-natal positiva” é um resultado importante para todas as mulheres que dão à luz e para os seus recém-nascidos, estabelecendo as bases para a melhoria da saúde e do bem-estar a curto e longo prazo. Uma experiência pós-natal positiva é definida como aquela em que as mulheres, pessoas que gestam, os recém-nascidos, os casais, os pais, os cuidadores e as famílias recebem informação consistente, garantia e apoio de profissionais de saúde motivados; e onde um sistema de saúde flexível e com recursos reconheça as necessidades das mulheres e dos bebês e respeite o seu contexto cultural.
Estas diretrizes consolidadas apresentam algumas recomendações novas e já bem fundamentadas sobre cuidados pós-natais de rotina para mulheres e neonatos que recebem cuidados no pós-parto em unidades de saúde ou na comunidade, independentemente dos recursos disponíveis.
É fornecido um conjunto abrangente de recomendações para cuidados durante o período puerperal, com ênfase nos cuidados essenciais que todas as mulheres e recém-nascidos devem receber, e com a devida atenção à qualidade dos cuidados; isto é, a entrega e a experiência do cuidado recebido. Estas diretrizes atualizam e ampliam as recomendações da OMS de 2014 sobre cuidados pós-natais da mãe e do recém-nascido e complementam as atuais diretrizes da OMS sobre a gestão de complicações pós-natais.
O estabelecimento da amamentação e o manejo das principais intercorrências é contemplada.

Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

Know breast cancer
- 2. Since early detection is a pre requisite, here are a few early signs that must be known to every woman. a) A lump or mass of tissue b) Any sagging or dimpling of the skin c) Fluid from the nipple or a d) Red patch of skin
- 3. A number of hard hitting facts predispose women towards breast cancer. These include:- a) Age- Present data suggest that younger women are now at a greater risk of getting this disease than their older counterparts. Also, once affected the cancer progresses rapidly in younger women. b) Smoking and drinking- women who can’t get past a day without a drag and a drink should know this that they have a higher chance of getting breast cancer.
- 4. c) Breast implants put women at a greater risk of getting cancer. d) Obesity increases the risk of one getting breast cancer. e) Avoid all forms of pollution; it can be one factor increasing the risk of cancer.
- 5. Incorporating some lifestyle changes would be good and proves to be a right way to prevent the incidence of breast cancer among women. Since Breast cancer has become so widespread, it is important to know how to self-examine. Looking for any symptoms mentioned above can save you from getting this cancer. This examination should be done timely and in different positions-
- 6. a) Standing straight and looking in the mirror with both your arms on your hips. b) Raising your arms above and looking for symptoms. c) Sitting down and noticing any white/yellow fluid coming out. d) Lying down
- 7. There is no sure way to prevent cancer but there are things that women can do to reduce their risk of getting breast cancer. By changing risk factors that are under your control such as exercising regularly, limiting consumption of alcohol and staying at a healthy weight, you can decrease your risk. Breast feeding for several months may also reduce breast cancer risk. If you notice any symptom then you should pay a visit to the doctor without any delay. A lot can be achieved with simple precautions and early detection so let’s get together in this endeavor to spread awareness among women and help prevent this incapacitating disease.
