Lack of communication between patient and doctor during the course of
treatment.
This leads to confusion amongst patients and doctors in following right treatments in a
timely manner. As a consequence, long term treatment efficacy reduces significantly
leading to overall deterioration of health.

4. Our Offering
We provide a unique platform for doctors and patients, based on automation and
personalization.
• Patient receives automated communication from Doctor based on their
disease patterns, treatments and procedures planned.
• Doctor uses it for Disease Management, Patient records and procedure
planning

5. Why I wanted to start my startup
You should only open startup when if you don’t, you are doing disservice to inhumanity
You must have one of these three to make path little easy
- Technological Insight : Google , Phonepe
- Business Insight : Tesla the pure electric car, Rivigo
- Consumer (Emotional) insight : Facebook, Apple
Reid Hoffman says – “ Entrepreneurship is falling from top of building and eating glass
while falling down”

6. Most important aspect of startup
• Team ?
• Product?
• Market?
Marc Andreessen says

7. Co-Founder Conundrum
• No less than marriage – Marriage might not go south, entrepreneurship sure will
• 20 coffee dates and 3 movie dates – If you cant , than don’t become Co-Founders
• Work with each other for 8 weekends before taking the plunge, try to work on
contentious situations
• Get founders agreement signed

8. • But I want to contribute, how can I without leaving job
• If it is a technical startup and you are not coding you are anyways going to be doing
customer, investor development and overarching strategy
• You can put 3 hours on weekday (3*5) + 12 hours on weekend (12*2) = 39 hours
(Pretty handsome , eh?) , and
• Out of on average 2 lakh that you earn, promise 1 lakh to startup you will be paying
salary for an engineer and a sales.
Do I need to leave job from day one
• If your family is rich no problem but if it is middle class and you have loan from MBA
education, act smart
• If 2 or 3 Co-Founders, one leaves the job the person who is doing product development
• Entrepreneurship pain is increased 10 times by lack of money you earn

9. Our OfferingAvoid accelerator or incubator’s
• Startup currency is TIME not Money
• Ticket size of accelerator or incubator’s in India is small. 25-50 lakh,
not worth your time
• Paul Graham Says “ Startup is any organization that can grow fast”

10. Investor development
Ideal 3 Co-Founders - 1 Product Development, 1 Customer Development and 1 Investor
Development
Investment way -
• Very rarely investment happens in one day, you have to do investor development
• Have internal evangelist
• Show them how you have grown
• Try to open your startup where ecosystem(Other complementary startups, Investors) is
there

11. Partnership with bigger company
• Try not to go for this before product Market fit , this will waste lot of your time
• Too many decision makers, uninspired workers

12. Rock the world
• Perks of being a Entrepreneur – Consultant knowledge 10 % , you 70%
• Transportation as a Service - Consultant India is moving towards SUV ,
Entrepreneur personal transportation is going to be commoditized individual
cars will no longer be bought
• You play the orchestra – Owner , sales, development, HR, Growth Hacker , Janitor
everything and a bloody good one
• Emotional understanding of people via Both consumers and employees
• And with a probability of 1-2 % you might get very rich too
• BUT DON’T DO IT FOR MONEY, DO IF YOUR PRODUCT OR
SERVICE CAN ACTUALY ADD VALUE
