I am honored to write this letter of reference for Mrs. Kim Pearson, as an administrative
applicant in your school district. Kim has been a valuable member of our elementary and middle
school staff at Fair Grove for the past 10+ years and is seeking a full time administrative
position. I truly believe that if we have an opening in our district, Kim would be a top candidate,
unfortunately it looks as though there may be little administrative movement for the time being
and as well as in the near future.
Mrs. Pearson has taught at the elementary classroom level, in middle school English department,
and currently serves as a middle school librarian. Throughout her tenure I have always found
Kim to be willing to accept any change or challenge we have suggested as a true professional
and with the great excitement to see student success. She is a true part of the team that is more
than willing to do what it takes for success and finds creative and non-traditional strategies to
meet the needs of all students.
In closing, let me say that in all my years of administration, I have never seen a person so willing
to do what was needed for the district and the children we serve without an expectation of
entitlement. She has been a true servant to our district and children and will be missed if she
chooses to accept employment with another district. Mrs. Kim Pearson is a true professional that
loves teaching and loves seeing students attain success in the classroom. She would be an
