MISSION TO SAVE A GIRL CHILDDESIGN FOR CHANGE
Now a days we get so much to hear about different issues on a girl child through newspapers, media and especially news channels. This practice usually takes place in rural areas or villages. There the girls are not treated properly, they are forced to either do all types of household chores or to get married at a very young age.
They are not even allowed to go to school. On the contrary, the boys are treated well , feeded well , educated well and even allowed to go to other places for higher education or for jobs. That is why it is seen that in rural areas there is rise in the birth of male children than the females.
This year we were approached by our computer teacher to choose something by which we could earn some money to help ShikshaKendraSo, we selected the topic "SAVE A GIRL CHILD".
We just wanted to make our school children aware of the fact that it is high time now , we should not leave any stone unturned to save or help a girl child.
Now the questionwas how to earn money?so we all decidedto makenewspaper bags with themotive and sell it off during the recess. We were a group of five pupil and eachone of us made more than five bags.
During the recess we all geared up and to our surprise all the bags were sold. The teachers and the students gave their full cooperation without which it would not have been possible.
We are really thankful toall of them who helpedus to make it possible. We collected Rs. 170 and handed it over to theconcerned teacher. We enjoyed thewhole process and would actively participate in such activities in the future also.
Hope You Understood Our Mission To Save A Girl Child
