based community groups for students interested in
Google technologies and programming. There are
Google Developer Student Clubs in over 110 countries
around the world that include undergraduate and
graduate students.

Social Media Lead
1.Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying target
audiences, choosing relevant social media platforms, and setting measurable goals.
2.Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms. This
involves writing and curating posts, creating visuals, and ensuring that the content reflects
the brand's voice and messaging.
3.Community Engagement: Actively engage with the audience on social media platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and
building relationships with followers.
4.Monitoring and Analytics: Regularly monitor social media channels for trends,
mentions, and conversations related to the brand. Use analytics tools to track the
performance of social media campaigns, measure key metrics, and adjust strategies
accordingly.
5.Adaptability: Social media is dynamic, and trends can change rapidly. A Social Media
Lead should be adaptable and able to adjust strategies in response to changes in the social
media landscape.
The Core Team
Event Organization Lead
1.Event Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for each event, considering the goals,
objectives, and target audience. This involves creating timelines, budgets, and task lists to
ensure all aspects of the event are well-organized.
2.Venue Selection and Logistics: Identify and secure suitable event venues. Coordinate
logistics such as catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and any other
necessary facilities or services.
3.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for events. This includes
negotiating contracts with vendors, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the event stays
within budgetary constraints.
4.Vendor Management: Liaise with and manage relationships with various vendors such
as catering services, audiovisual technicians, and other suppliers.
5.Event Promotion and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote events and
increase attendance. This may involve creating promotional materials, utilizing social
media, and coordinating with media outlets.

1.Conceptualization and Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative
ideas and concepts for creative projects. Work closely with the creative team to develop
unique and compelling solutions.
2.Presentation Skills: Effectively present and communicate creative concepts and
strategies to internal and external stakeholders. This includes articulating the rationale
behind creative decisions and how they contribute to the overall objectives.
3.Team Management: Manage and lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other
creative professionals. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to foster a collaborative
and high-performing creative environment.
4.Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and
emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to keep the creative work fresh, relevant, and
in line with current market expectations.
Logistics Lead

1.Transportation Coordination: Arrange and coordinate the transportation.
2.Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including the receipt,
storage, and dispatch of goods. Implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to
minimize costs.
3.Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
4.Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics and supply chain costs and implement strategies to
optimize expenses without compromising quality or service.
Marketing & Communication Lead
The Core Team
1.Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned
with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves understanding the target
audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
2.Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the organization's brand identity, ensuring
consistency across all communication channels.
3.Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content for various
channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral. This
may involve working with a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers.
4.Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to enhance the organization's
reputation.
5.Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, such as product launches,
conferences, and promotional activities. Ensure that these events align with the overall
marketing and communication strategy.
