THE YEAR OF 1995 STARTED THE GREAT ERA OF SOCIAL
NETWORKING.
SINCE THEN THIS INFORMATION FLOW THROUGH THE TWO WAY
TELECOMMUNICATION IS JUST GROWING.

7. IMPACT OF SOCIAL INTERACTION ON OLD AGE PEOPLE
Advancement in technology will have a positive and great impact on old age people.
• For the grandparents who cannot meet their grandchildren because of the long
distance, are coming closer and with devices such as holograms and occulus rift
they can live the best moments with their young ones. For countries like India and
Africa, provision of internet in rural areas will help the old people to connect with
children closely and more often.
• In developed countries like America and Europe, where old age people live alone,
new technologies like SmartThings which detect changes in the house and alerts
through the smartphones like who entered into the house or any kind of smoke,
humidity or vibration changes. Children often get these installed into their parent’s
house and connect their smartphones for data, thus easing everyone from the
sense of something wrong that can happen and not able to know on time.
• Old age often comes with problems like paralysis and less ability to walk, so
advancement in social media will help them to get in touch with the world while
comfortably sitting in their homes.

8. IMPACT OF SOCIAL INTERACTION ON YOUTH
What defines our generation is that we are loud, we want to reach a bigger audience
and we feel the power.
Power of media and justice
• Today, if a person do something wrong he/she is scared of social media. They
understand that nothing would be hidden and soon everyone will come to know
what they did with proof. This is the power of fear which will enhance in next 10
years thus helping to inbuilt a sense of right and wrong in youth.
Power of togetherness
• Youngsters don’t just want to befriend the people of their age group. They want to
get in touch with everyone around.
• Social networking like Facebook and WhatsApp and Instagram are bringing families
around the world together. Not just one generation, but the past and the future
generations are getting along thus creating a media to get in touch with every
member of the family. In next 10 years long distances won’t matter, whether people
are living in cities or rural areas or they live in other countries, everyone will have
their families with them for sorrow and happiness.

9. SOCIAL NETWORKING FOR ALL
We all are aware with the PokemonGo phase. This platform helped like minded
people to come out of their homes and interact with people in person.
People need the satisfaction that they are going to meet the kind of people they
would love to hang out with, so in coming years, we will have more of
technologies and devices which will get people along on social media and help
them come out to interact.
Organizing parties like workout parties, where people can come along to workout
and hang with other people to party or alchemist parties where people who like
science can come along, socialize and make new friends.

10. SOCIAL NETWORKING FOR ALL
With more advancements, people are going to use social media to organize
picnics, parties and events and then enjoy the interaction and company of other
people.
People who want to give charity or do something for others have very limited
options, but we are hoping with passage of time and enthusiasm of people, people
all over the world can be connected with social networks and help can be reached
out where it is impossible now.
With 5g wireless connection and availability of internet in every area, soldiers and
doctors can get connected with their families and be more motivated in their
duties as they would feel closeness and children no more have to grow without
the love or presence of their parents.

11. SOCIAL NETWORKING IN BUSINESS WORLD
In next 10 years we are expecting to have a digital revolution.
For people in business world,
Clients will no more fear about the wrong consignments or the faulty products,
they can have the whole live feed of the packaging and manufacturing of the
products.
Less communication gap between managers and clients, with facilities like video
conferencing and virtual presence in the surrounding will lead to stronger relations
between companies and enhance their growth.
Entrepreneurs no longer will have to spend money on expensive advertisements
and lengthy marketing process, as social media will connect all kinds of people,
thus creating a large network online.
Crowdfunding is a concept where funds are generated from a large number of
audience. Today a very websites have crowdfunding concept and very few people
know about it, but in the coming time, social media networking will help a lot of non
governmental organizations and small entrepreneurs to gather funds and work.

12. WITH EVERY BOON THERE IS ALWAYS A CURSE ATTACHED.
People who will use digital revolution for greater good and advancement will find this
revolution to be successful step.
The aim is to make people come closer and feel the presence of other people around.
Establishing internet availability in every part of the world will create togetherness but it
can also lead to mass destruction.
Creating more advance devices aim towards easing people to interact but it might make
them addict to the device.
However, the present generation understand what is wrong and what is right and need a
platform to spread this message. Youth now-a-days want to socialize more with people
and not with smartphones. And, today we have more number of scholars than ever, thus
helping in the technical advancements.
THE TREND IS CHANGING and with the advancement in this social media networking, we
will definitely see more positive effect of this technology.
All we need to do is educate people for the right path which will reach a wider audience
only through this social and digital revolution.
