Karol Gilman has over 15 years of experience in quality management, operations, and process improvement. She currently works as a Quality Manager at Transition Networks, Inc., where she maintains high product quality, analyzes key performance indicators, establishes partnerships with suppliers, obtains and maintains ISO certifications, trains personnel, and leads continuous improvement efforts. Prior to her current role, she held other quality-related positions with increasing responsibility at Transition Networks and other companies. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an Associate's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
