communications including journalism, public relations and marketing, I am certain that my skills
qualify me for the open position.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Operator for Young & Established, a community based
organization dedicated to the advancement of youth and young adults, I not only have experience
building a company from the ground up but I also have gained many community relationships and
skills that will help me work effectively and efficiently in any position.
Over the years I have gained skills from several organizations including: Magic 98.5 FM WEOA
Evansville, CHAMPS Sports and through various partnerships with organizations in my local
community. Since founding Young and Established I have also played a critical role in the launch of
Together We Will Stop the Violence, our non-violence initiative and I Want to be Young & Educated,
our mentoring program.
Building relationships and having strong communication skills are essential to the development of
ones career and personal life. As I seek employment that will allow me to enhance on these skills
and establish myself on a sustainable career path I know that this position will provide me with an
outlet to properly do so.
