Algoworks helped a leading recruitment agency develop a multilingual recruitment portal using Kentico CMS and .NET. The portal allows employers to post jobs and candidates in the UK and Russia to search, apply, and collaborate. Key features included multilingual support in English and Russian, payment processing, role-based user access, and resume uploading. Search was implemented using SQL Server full text search.  MS SQL Server 2008 backend to support all the required functionality and fast development with easy maintenance for future.

Central of the application is Kentico, content management system. Using Kentico provided necessary

content, language, role and user management features out of the box with some customization needs.
We customized Kentico to support various other features as desired by the customer.
