To us, business is personal.
This statement has special meaning to us. And the fact is,
we’re in this together—usually for a good, long while. That’s
why we strive to build your trust from the beginning of our
relationship and then keep it. We both benefit that way.
Business has two sides—the performance side and the personal side. The
performance side is about driving results. Success and failure are constantly
measured—defining metrics. And because business relies on metrics, we strive
for measurable outcomes that prove we’ve helped companies become better.

with what we have, and we hold a high
sense of adventure. We are curious about the
world—restless—yet we are excited about the
journey that lies ahead.

If you’re not having fun, try harder.
Lastly, we are Jesters. We have a knack of adding
humor to stressful situations—helping those
around us cope. Always seeing the humor in
every situation, we remind everyone it’s okay to
have fun.

The intersection of our external brand with our internal brand is defined through the
number 10 of our 10exa—10 short statements that explain our culture.
The Number 10 is the glue that binds our external brand to our internal
culture. It’s the perfect way to make what we believe a part of who we are.
No matter who they are, or what part of the world they live in, people define
