Ken Kremsky, who is currently employed as a consultant for a private
equity firm, helps with the A2R process for the company's acquisition
and introduces new ERP accounting software. In the past, he filled in
for Interstate Brands Corporation as an Associate Controller. He
started acting as Nabisco Inc.'s director of cost accounting in 1999 and
remained there until 2005. Kenneth began working for Kraft Foods
Inc. as a controller in 2005.
