 I am a Highly focused and detail-oriented account specialist with an exceptional record of
client service, retention and revenue generation.
 Due to my professional and friendly approach with my customers I was able to double
the amount of revenue from one of our midsized accounts from the previous year, as well
as one of the largest accounts the company holds, making us their preferred provider for
this year.
 Adept at working independently or within a professional sales team. I work within the
largest team in the sales office, constantly checking with colleague on the statues of
accounts, however, I am ultimately responsible for the sales with my region along with
the outside rep.
 Proficient in excel, creating spreadsheets daily to monitor and keep track of customer
orders, what statues they are at and tracking shipments. Also proficient in the SAP
system, which we used to quote, enter orders, pull shipment paperwork, monitor stock
levels, track progress of orders/shipments and all our general day to day tasks.
 Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high efficiency and accuracy-
I was chosen to act as a tester for a new website the company created for our customers, as well
as internally to show what we currently have in stock on the mill floors, as well as being another
area for the customers to pull their shipment paperwork, check up on existing orders and their
statues, as well as being a portal for our mill schedules. I was brought in to help develop the
process for our customers to quote directly from this website, due to my high volume of work in
his area.
I helped develop and refine this process using examples from my day to day work as well as
bringing up any ideas our customers may have brought to my attention.
 My day to day duties involve providing accurate information in the form of quotes, in
putting orders, and building truckload deliveries along with answering any queries the
customer may have on existing orders, stranded material, metal grades current pricing
and other queries.
 I also have to make sure all pricing is imputed correctly, creating price change forms for
our pricing team when necessary, making sure deal codes are correct and entered on
necessary orders, processing claims and making sure we have all the information needed
to get these put through in a timely and effective manner.
 Creating a daily open order report for each customer so they have exact information of
what they have on order with us, including the location of the mill it is coming from and
the quantity of material on order.

within the allotted time scale at a relaxed pace, as well as ensuring they got the
information they required.

noted visitors. My duties included answering calls and managing them correctly via the
