UK electronic music styles,
including UK garage and jungle,
and draws influence from
dancehall, ragga, and hip hop.
8. Grime
• Why should we invest in grime?
• Digital record album sales
rocketed by more than 50%
compared with a 27% fall in the

genres of 2017

• All the other record labels listed are conglomerate businesses
that sign people from all genres.

all our funds and time into the grime genre
• This allows us to help them grow through each other via
horizontal integration. i.e. collaborations.
16. Colour Schemes
• Black
• Das it
Colour Scheme:
• The main colour of the page will be
black
• This will be the background colour
• The second colour will be red.
• This will cover most of the accents as
it is bold and we want to ensure there
is a connection between the video
and website.
• The third colour will be white.
• This will be used for all the text.
17. Album Cover
• Black
• Das it
• Front cover:
• We want to incorporate animations into our artist’s album
cover.
• There will be a large contrast between the background and the
foreground images.
• Back cover:
• We are selling our artists music, but we want to ensure his face
is connected with this.
• There will be a featured image of our artist, which will be
surrounded by text.
20. Colour Schemes
• Black
• Das it
Colour Scheme:
• The main colour of the page will be
black to create a contrast between
foreground and background.
• The second colour will be grey.
• This will be used for the accents on
the page
• The third colour will be blue.
• We chose these colours as they parallel
with the lyrics “tracksuit grey, black,
blue”.
21. Why we chose ’Route
One’…
• Black
• Das it
• Although ’Route Two’ had a recognisable
link to the music video as it follows the lyrics
“tracksuit grey, black, blue”, we had made
several links to the lyrics in our music video
and wanted to go against Goodwin’s theory.
• We also made schedules for filming where
we decided what the artist would wear and
wanted the costume to link to the website as
we will be including an image of our artist in
those colours.
