He has a M.Sc. in Eco-Design from the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy and a B.Sc. in Industrial Design from Iran University of Science and Technology. He has worked on projects involving virtual fashion design, sound playground design, and urban furniture. His main focus areas are design and sustainability, interactive design, and product design.

Research and Develop “The first live virtual fashion show” (how the fashion
processes can benefit from 3D programs?), MediaLab Amsterdam project in collabo-
ration with AMFI (Amsterdam Fashion Institute), Studio Jacob kok and Van de Velde,
luxurious lingerie producer.
Under this project as a Designer/Modeller I was responsible to research and find
the new technical possibilities, in a way which make fashion design process more sus-
tainable. I had some other responsibilities such as body motion registration, anima-
tion creation and creating the virtual environment, but my main role was the “Scrum
master” (MediaLab use scrum methods for its projects) which put me in charge of
arranging meetings, setting the agendas, connecting people, responding emails and
coordinating team.
The results were quite exciting, we have published a virtual reality 3D app for
Google Cardboard and Oculus Rift (Head mounted devices for watching VR) which
help fashion designers to present their designs in VR instead of producing them.
