Passenger service:
My duties included interacting with all passengers as I completed their check-in
process. I was responsible for checking all documents (passport & ticket) ensuring
that all passengers were registered in our central system correctly. I was also
responsible for checking all luggage and distributing boarding information with the
correct details: flight number, destination, time of boarding, and gate number.
Aircraft service:
I also provided the services necessary for all aircraft upon arrival. My responsibilities
included organizing the disembark stairs and shuttle buses, as well as organizing the
catering services. I also oversaw the loading and unloading of the luggage, the
fueling and cleaning of the aircraft.
Moreover, I was responsible for telex and follow up with each airline with accurate
information regarding flight details upon each aircraft’s arrival in Egypt.
