This document discusses a study on customer knowledge and awareness of kangaroo care hospitals. It reviews literature on previous studies that found over half of parents were aware of kangaroo mother care. The study used a descriptive research design with a sample of 15 customers to understand their satisfaction levels. Results found most customers were satisfied with the skin-to-skin contact and medical benefits for low birth weight infants. However, some issues with cost and staffing were also identified. The conclusion recommends continuing education on kangaroo care practices and promoting customer satisfaction.
