It is my please to write this reference letter for my colleague, Mr. Kadir Sait Demirboğa.
In my position as Team Leader of the EU project for preparation of a national strategy for harmonization
with the EU Aquis in the “Right of Establishment and freedom to provide services”, I have had the
pleasure of working with Mr. Demirboğa for the past 4 months. The project is implemented by WYG
International where Mr. Demirboğa has been interning since February 2016.
On our project, Mr. Demirboğa is the project intern working in support to the project staff and our
thematic experts. And she was doing a great job at that. His main responsibilities included support with
analysis and design of workflows for the activities of the Institutional Capacity Building team, support
to workshops and other activities.
Kadir’s main strengths include a dedication to work, good rapport with senior experts, willingness to
learn new things and to master usage of advanced software tools. He is a good team player, and is
very responsible in terms of deadlines and made commitments.
As his biggest achievements, I would say is becoming a respected and valued member of the project
team, how without any problems communicates and cooperates well with the project experts. On a
more practical and specific side, he had undertaken drawing of workflows and other complex diagrams
as part of the analysis for the administrative simplification in the areas of service and professional
qualifications.
I am very grateful to have Mr. Demirboğa in my project team as his work really contributed to the
overall activities and success of our project.
