I am pleased to provide a written recommendation for Mr. Cao Minh Gia Huy. As the Offshore
Design Center (ODC) Program Manager at Ascenx Technologies Vietnam, I have had the
pleasure of monitoring Mr. Cao on a number of engineering projects during his more than six-
months internship at our company. I firmly believe that he is a strong candidate for your
organization.
I have known Mr. Cao for the past two years as he has followed the Frankfurt University of
Applied Sciences (FRA-UAS) Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (EEIT) study
program at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU). As a Lecturer of the EEIT study program,
I have had the opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in the study program and
to evaluate Mr. Cao's knowledge of the subject matter. Mr. Cao has proven that through hard
work, follow through, and good teamwork, he can accomplish tasks in an effective and efficient
manner.
For his internship at Ascenx Technologies Vietnam, Mr. Cao has supported the Sustaining
Engineering team on various engineering projects such as PCB layout, 3D design of cable
' assemblies and cable management, and design of production jigs. In order to support these
.. projects, Mr. Cao was always willing to get familiar with a number of new software tools such as
,i: .OrCAD, Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD, and CAM350. tle has shown strong initiative and
.r- dedication, and after a short period of guidance he demonstrated his engineering capabilities by
',i:,u providing technical support to our engineering projects. He has demonstrated the ability to
.,i develop design concepts and to execute detailed designs in order to transform these concepts into
