  • #13 Give overview but let people know that this is a work in progress. Teachers need to be brought up to speed on understanding, identifying, accelerating, tracking, and items on the next slide. We are going to make improvements and changes but in order for us to be successful, we must have a good solid plan and not “let the tail wag the dog.”
  • #14 Explain the components of each. Many will be unfamiliar with the terms so it is important for them to understand them. This will take some time. Remind them that teachers will be trained and retrained in these area plus additional areas that arise. Questions?
