                                 ‘Create flexibility in traffic flow’

2. Highlights
1977:   Introduction and realization of first CADO system
1984:   Dutch Ministry of Transport coöperates with Jansen Venneboer to realize a pilot project near the Coentunnel
1989:   Velsertunnel, Beneluxtunnel and Zeeburgertunnel were executed with VEVA 1
1991:   First VEVA as type 2 commissioned in Switzerland
1993:   New VEVA application: Tidal flow lane on Highway A1 (Muiden)
1996:   Realization of 7 CADO systems near the Brienenoordbrug
2000:   Introduction of VEVA 3
2001:   14 CADO systems commissioned near the Beneluxtunnel

2. Highlights
2003:   Development and Crash test approval for the buffer element
2005:   VEVA 3 commissioned in Sweden (Stockholm)
2006:   Crash test approval according EN-1317 containmentlevel H2
2008:   With 4 VEVA systems on Highway A73 the total number of systems is 52!
2010:   Tidal flow lane Highway A1-A6 refurbished and extracted with 4 new VEVA systems
2011:   2 VEVA systems commissioned, each 100 meters in length
2012:   Project Electric CADO in barriershape for Statens Vegvesen (Norway)
2013:   Total number of VEVA systems: 65 / CADO systems: 48

          • TB 42: Articulated truck, 70 km/hour, 15o, 10.000 kg
          • TB 11: Car, 100 km/hour, 20o, 900 kg
