1. The picture shows a motorbike and a child’s trike.
2. The point of view of the photo is to show a contrast between a large bike and a small
trike. It also conveys a juxtaposition of adult/ child and difference in colour. When we
think of a motorbike we imagine a fast, loud machine ridden by a young man whereas
the trike is a gentle, quiet image that we associate with a young child.

between the softness of
the sky against the
hardness of the building.

that a usable and
serviceable item is being
discarded with rubbish
which is no longer of use.
