• A stylist website is a replica of the Juvalia website with a store
name and URL of your choice, e.g. http://ritu.Juvalia.in.
• This URL is unique and dedicated to each stylist site, allowing
you to share this across your network with the guarantee that
any activity (such as registration or sale) that is done via this
site will be tracked and automatically credited to you.
• With the stylist site you now become the CEO of your Jewelry
business with your very own ecommerce website.
• Go ahead and build your business while leaving all the
operations to Juvalia

Accessing Your Stylist Site

• Once you are enrolled for the stylist site program, you will receive the following
email from Juvalia containing the details of your stylist site and login credentials
Stylist Site URL
• Note that you will now have two logins:
Stylist Site Backend URL
along with the user name
and password
Helpful Links
• YOUR CURRENT STYLIST ACCOUNT: You can use the current stylist account to promote
your stylist website and to view reports on sales and earnings
• NEW STYLIST ADMIN ACCOUNT: The email will contain details on how to access your
admin account. This will be required for viewing the list of your customers and
accessing the STYLIST Web POS for ordering on behalf of your customers and passing on
any discounts

• ACCESSING YOUR STYLIST WEBSITE: The email will contain your unique stylists
site URL (e.g. http://ritu.Juvalia.in). Use this URL to access your stylist site.
• ACESSING YOUR SALES AND EARNINGS: Use your normal stylist account and go
to your dashboard to view the sales and earning via your stylist site

• ACCESSING THE ADMIN SECTION: The email will contain your stylist
admin account and password. Visit http://www.Juvalia.in/admin and
use these credentials to login to your admin account.
• The admin account will have two items:

STYLIST Web POS
• INTRODUCTION: The WEB POINT OF SALE (Web POS) is a centralized
tool for helping you order for your customers and pass on discounts.
The stylist website enables you do the following:
• Order on behalf of a new customer
• Order on behalf of an existing customer
• Order for yourself
• Pass on discounts to your customers

• ORDER ON BEHALF OF A NEW CUSTOMER:
• Step1: Click on guest check out and fill in the necessary details in the
Billing Address Section.
• Step2: Enter product name / SKU code in the search box and select
the product(s).
• Step3: Add any discounts that you may like to pass on to the
customer
• Step4: Click “Place Order Now” to confirm order

• Step1: Click on existing customer and search for the customer (you can search via
name, phone number & email). Select the right customer from the results.
• Step2: Follow the other steps as detailed out in previous slide to select products and
pass on discounts.

Promoting Your Stylist
Site
• STYLIST QUICK ACCESS MENU: When you login to your
normal stylist account and access your stylist site you will
find a stylist quick access menu (grey bar) on top with
icons to help you promote your site.

• SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS: All the social media icons on the
site are now linked to your stylist site. So if any customer
shares a product URL, the viewers will be automatically
directed to your stylist site.

Site
• Promote your stylist site as you feel relevant. Here are a list of suggestions:

• Use the stylist quick access menu (see previous slide) to post to
Facebook, email your friends etc. Remember you can share different
products and collections each time you share so that your viewers
understand the range of the jewellery your stylist site offers.
• Add your stylist site to you visiting cards
• Include your stylist site in other materials such as banners,
letterheads and signage
• Share the product URLs on Whatsapp
• Email your friends and family

Understanding the
Payment Process

• With the stylist site you can now order for your customers and leave all the operations &
payment handling to us. Here is how payment flow would happen:
•You will get a predefined rebates for all customer sales via your stylist site. Please mail into
stylistsite@juvalia.in to know the current discounts.
•Any discount you give via the stylist Web POS will be deducted from your rebates and the
net value will be paid out to you at the end of each month.
•Example:
• A customer buys a product worth 2,000
• The stylist rebate is say 35% for the month
• You pass on a discount of INR 200 for this order
• Based on this Juvalia will collect INR 1,800 from the customer (INR 2,000 – INR
200)
• Your total rebate for the order would be INR 700 (35% of INR 2,000). However,
since you have already passed on INR 200 as discounts your will receive a net
payment of INR 500 (INR 700 – INR 200) at the end of the month.
• NOTE: All customer sales via the stylist site will be added to your personal sales during all rank
and commissions calculations.

Applying For a Stylist Site
• Stylist Site is currently under an alpha launch and is
available only to a small list set of stylist.
• If you would like to enroll yourself for the alpha or are
