Being "born again" refers to a spiritual rebirth, not a physical one. It involves being born of both water (baptism) and spirit (the Holy Spirit) according to Jesus' words in John 3:5. This new birth is necessary to enter God's kingdom, as Jesus stated in John 3:3 that unless one is born again, they cannot see the kingdom of God. The new birth transforms believers into a new creation through faith and baptism, allowing them to walk in newness of life with God forever.

It notes that in a Jewish wedding, the bride circles the wedding canopy (chuppah) seven times, representing the seven promises God made to the Israelites. Under the chuppah, the bride and groom exchange vows alone before God, as God offers a new covenant of forgiveness and a changed nature through His Holy Spirit. The traditions of blessing wine, reading the ketubah legal document, and the seclusion of the bride and groom after the ceremony mirror spiritual realities of communion, God's commands, and intimacy with God.

Keys to living the supernatural life in christRodney Nocks
Rodney James Nocks Jr. provides 16 keys to living a supernatural lifestyle in Christ. The keys include: becoming more spiritual through prayer, God's presence, and reading Scripture; keeping God's commandments; being conscious of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit's presence; humility; developing a relationship with God through prayer, Scripture study, and fasting; being led and obeying the Holy Spirit; acknowledging God's power; and walking in faith. Practicing these keys allows believers to access God's supernatural empowerment and live empowered lives.
The document discusses the person and work of the Holy Spirit according to scripture. It describes the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity, who is eternal, omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. The Holy Spirit works in believers to empower them, enable righteousness and fruit of the spirit, and give gifts to serve God and witness to others. Speaking in tongues is mentioned as a potential gift from being filled with the Holy Spirit.
Rom 12:1 I appeal to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
This document is a preview for the third foundation stone on saving faith. It discusses key points about faith, including that Jesus came to earth to bring the good news and for people to believe in the gospel. It notes Abraham as the father of faith for believing God's promises. Several questions and answers are provided about faith, such as what it means to believe in Jesus, how faith sets people free from sin, and why the Bible was written to help people believe. The document concludes by listing 12 foundational Christian teachings.
This document discusses five important concepts for new believers to understand about their faith:
1. That all their sins are forgiven and they have eternal life through Jesus.
2. They have been bought with a price and are no longer their own but belong to God as their Lord.
3. God has a unique plan for their life and wants to guide them through the Holy Spirit.
4. The Holy Spirit alone can reveal God's plan and teach them spiritual truths.
5. The Holy Spirit will train them to recognize and obey His guidance by following Jesus and dying to their old sinful nature.
The document discusses the Holy Spirit from several perspectives. It notes that the Holy Spirit is often a controversial and divisive subject among Christians with different interpretations and doctrines. However, the main points are that the Holy Spirit is the promised Helper according to Scripture, is for every believer, and is more than just gifts or power. The Holy Spirit is God along with the Father and Son, though distinct in person but one in essence. The Holy Spirit gives life, changes life, and empowers believers to live for God and accomplish his purposes. Understanding the Holy Spirit helps believers live empowered lives led by the Spirit.
This document discusses being led by the Holy Spirit. It states that the Spirit reveals God's wisdom to us and searches our hearts. It encourages surrendering one's life totally to God, confessing all sins, and praying to be filled with the Spirit. By exhaling sins and worries and inhaling confidence and encouragement from the Spirit, one can be spirit-led in prayer and life.
The document summarizes key passages from Hebrews chapters 5-6. It discusses how the writer observes that the readers have become dull in hearing, though they should be teachers by now. The writer says they need milk (basic teachings) rather than solid food, and are unskilled in righteousness. The document asks what righteousness teachings the writer refers to, noting passages about Christ making us righteous. It also lists the elementary teachings mentioned in Hebrews 6:1-3, such as repentance, faith, baptism, resurrection and judgment. Finally, it provides reflections on how to know God's plans for 2014, including starting each day with God, leaving worries to him, experiencing his daily presence, finding one's place

The document discusses the identity of believers as saints according to biblical terms rather than Catholic traditions of sainthood. It notes that according to scripture, all believers are considered saints or "holy ones" because they are made righteous through Christ's atonement, cleansed by His blood, and set apart for God. While saints are still growing in holiness, they are positionally holy due to their union with Christ by faith. The document also addresses how saints can experience conviction over sin through the Holy Spirit but are not under condemnation, and how God empowers believers to have victory over sin in their lives through His grace.
This document contains several quotes and passages from the Bible about virtues such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, and self-control. Some key themes that emerge are living with love, finding joy and strength in God, being patient and kind towards others, doing good works, and walking in truth and righteousness.
1. Regeneration is an act done solely by God through His Spirit, whereby He imparts spiritual life to spiritually dead sinners and replaces their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh.
2. It is necessary because all humans are spiritually dead until born again by God, having only the life of the flesh, not the life of the Spirit.
3. The Spirit accomplishes regeneration by connecting the believer to Christ through faith, cleansing their sins, and declaring them righteous, thus justifying them.

In our quest to imitate Jesus Christ, we seek to abide. Our seeking the Lord is to abide in Him and enjoy the blessings of that abode. The life of a seeking is hard, yet rewarding
The world has many views on who Jesus was but only the bible can bring you the full truth. He was and is the most amazing person who ever lived on this planet, he healed all, saved all and delivered all who came to him and he still does the same today. He truly is God manifest in the flesh. I wonder do you know hi m?
The document lists various "guarantees" provided by God based on passages from the Bible. It asserts that God's actions such as his rejection, sorrow, wounds, and death guarantee blessings for humanity such as acceptance, joy, forgiveness, life, and resurrection. The Holy Spirit is described as a guarantee of inheritance, a resurrected life, and adoption. In summary, the document outlines how God guarantees spiritual blessings and salvation for believers through what he has done and promised in scripture.
God sends a short loving message to remind the reader that they are loved immensely. The message consists of three words - "I LOVE YOU" written in all capital letters followed by "THIS MUCH!" to emphasize the vast depth of God's love for the individual.
The document questions why, as a believer with promises from God, the author still struggles with doubt and failing to live according to their faith. Some of the contradictions highlighted include finding it hard to believe God's promises despite being engraved on His hands, feeling forgotten though a servant of God, and acting in unloving ways despite being beloved by God. The author asks God to help strengthen their faith and trust.
Sin called me sick, you ‘healed me by your stripes’ 1 Peter 2; 24
Sin called me a sinner; you ‘made me a priest of the royal priesthood’ 1 Peter 2; 9
Sin called me forgotten by God; ‘you carved my name in the palm of your hand’
Isaiah 49; 16
This document is a letter from a deceased fetus to its parents expressing feelings of hurt, regret, and forgiveness over being aborted. The letter questions why the parents aborted the fetus, saying the fetus would have loved them and made them proud. It expresses the fetus has found peace and forgiveness in heaven, and encourages the parents to follow Christ to be reunited one day.
My death overtook him, my grave clothes held him, my tomb enclosed him, and my sin surrounded him…
But…
‘The Rock Has Rolled Away the stone’
The stone that had held me has been replaced with the rock that saved me, the empty tomb is now my refuge, my high tower and my fortress...
This passage discusses the song "Just as I Am" and its impact on the author's decision to accept Christ. It encourages the reader to come to Christ without any plea or offering besides Christ's sacrifice on the cross. It references several Bible verses about Christ opening the door to salvation for all people, regardless of their circumstances, and invites the reader to come to Christ for healing, deliverance, and salvation.
Is it Gods will to heal?
Yes; a million times yes...
If it were not Gods will, Jesus broke every rule in the book by healing all who came to him and all who were brought to him...
What is Gods highest wish for you?
‘Beloved I wish above all things
that you may prosper and be in health
even as your soul prospers’
3 John verse 2,
The story of Job is not a story of
sickness overcoming man, it’s about God overcoming sickness in man; (Isaiah 53:3, Psalm 103:2 Matthew 8:17)
It’s not about God allowing or
sending trials, it’s about God
bringing Job into ultimate victory
over the devils worst abuses.
The author questions "Why me God?" when experiencing pain and illness. They find answers in Psalm 103, realizing God blesses them with benefits, forgives sins, heals diseases, and shows great mercy and compassion. God cares for them not because of what they have done, but because of His unconditional love, as a father cares for his children. Rather than complain, they recognize God's goodness and bring thanks through all life's challenges, knowing His love will bring victory.
The wonder that forgiveness would forgive my bitterness and that meekness would forgive such an arrogant me…
The wonder that sinlessness would take on my sin and willingly die for me …that righteousness would redeem my unrighteousness
Its easy to overcome depression when you know God is your strength in your distress, he is a refuge from every storm and a shadow when the going gets to hot to handle’ Isaiah 25:4
Its easy... just do it!!
The document discusses how having faith and trusting in God makes living according to Christian principles easy. It provides over 30 biblical references where Jesus promises to provide strength, fulfillment, healing, and answers to prayers. The overall message is that through faith in Jesus Christ, believers can overcome challenges, do impossible things, and live fully by simply asking God and trusting that he will do as he has promised.
I choose goodness because
God is good to me at all
times, I choose to be as
gentle as a lamb and as
harmless as a dove so that
Christ may be seen in all
my life
The document is a list of biblical verses describing who the speaker is in relation to God. In 3 sentences:
The list begins by saying the speaker is a son of God and loved by God, who sent his Son to atone for the speaker's sins. It continues citing dozens of verses describing that the speaker is chosen, redeemed, healed, and righteous through God and Christ. The list culminates in saying that above all else, the speaker is God's.
God is not seeking for the super spiritual,
or religious and theologically correct, rather
he is seeking for those who are foolish enough to believe for what they cannot see.

Lição 12: João 15 a 17 – O Espírito Santo e a Oração Sacerdotal | 2° Trimestr...OmarBarrezueta1
The pervasiveness of Lying in today's World.pptxniwres
In our interconnected world, lies weave through the fabric of society like hidden threads. We encounter them in politics, media, personal relationships, and even within ourselves. The prevalence of deception raises profound questions about truth, trust, and the human condition.
Astronism, Cosmism and Cosmodeism: the space religions espousing the doctrine...Cometan
This lecture created by Brandon Taylorian (aka Cometan) specially for the CESNUR Conference held Bordeaux in June 2024 provides a brief introduction to the legacy of religious and philosophical thought that Astronism emerges from, namely the discourse on transcension started assuredly by the Cosmists in Russia in the mid-to-late nineteenth century and then carried on and developed by Mordecai Nessyahu in Cosmodeism in the twentieth century. Cometan also then provides some detail on his story in founding Astronism in the early twenty-first century from 2013 along with details on the central Astronist doctrine of transcension. Finally, the lecture concludes with some contributions made by space religions and space philosophy and their influences on various cultural facets in art, literature and film.

Lucid Dreaming: Understanding the Risks and Benefits
The ability to control one's dreams or for the dreamer to be aware that he or she is dreaming. This process, called lucid dreaming, has some potential risks as well as many fascinating benefits. However, many people are hesitant to try it initially for fear of the potential dangers. This article aims to clarify these concerns by exploring both the risks and benefits of lucid dreaming.
The Benefits of Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming allows a person to take control of their dream world, helping them overcome their fears and eliminate nightmares. This technique is particularly useful for mental health. By taking control of their dreams, individuals can face challenging scenarios in a controlled environment, which can help reduce anxiety and increase self-confidence.
Addressing Common Concerns
Physical Harm in Dreams Lucid dreaming is fundamentally safe. In a lucid dream, everything is a creation of your mind. Therefore, nothing in the dream can physically harm you. Despite the vividness and realness of the dream experience, it remains entirely within your mental landscape, posing no physical danger.
Mental Health Risks Concerns about developing PTSD or other mental illnesses from lucid dreaming are unfounded. As soon as you wake up, it's clear that the events experienced in the dream were not real. On the contrary, lucid dreaming is often seen as a therapeutic tool for conditions like PTSD, as it allows individuals to reframe and manage their thoughts.
Potential Risks of Lucid Dreaming
While generally safe, lucid dreaming does come with a few risks as well:
Mixing Dream Memories with Reality Long-term lucid dreamers might occasionally confuse dream memories with real ones, creating false memories. This issue is rare and preventable by maintaining a dream journal and avoiding lucid dreaming about real-life people or places too frequently.
Escapism Using lucid dreaming to escape reality can be problematic if it interferes with your daily life. While it is sometimes beneficial to escape and relieve the stress of reality, relying on lucid dreaming for happiness can hinder personal growth and productivity.
Feeling Tired After Lucid Dreaming Some people report feeling tired after lucid dreaming. This tiredness is not due to the dreams themselves but often results from not getting enough sleep or using techniques that disrupt sleep patterns. Taking breaks and ensuring adequate sleep can prevent this.
Mental Exhaustion Lucid dreaming can be mentally taxing if practiced excessively without breaks. It’s important to balance lucid dreaming with regular sleep to avoid mental fatigue.
Lucid dreaming is safe and beneficial if done with caution. It has many benefits, such as overcoming fear and improving mental health, and minimal risks. There are many resources and tutorials available for those interested in trying it.

Tales of This and Another Life - Chapters.pdfMashaL38
This book is one of the best of the translated ones, for it has a warning character for all those who find themselves in the experience of material life. Irmão X provides a shrewd way of describing the subtleties and weaknesses that can jeopardize our intentions, making us more attentive and vigilant by providing us with his wise pages, reminding us between the lines of the Master's words: "Pray and watch."
Introduction
Mantra Yoga is an exact science. "Mananat trayate iti mantrah- by the Manana (constant thinking or recollection) of which one is protected or is released from the round of births and deaths, is Mantra." That is called Mantra by the meditation (Manana) on which the Jiva or the individual soul attains freedom from sin, enjoyment in heaven and final liberation, and by the aid of which it attains in full the fourfold fruit (Chaturvarga), i.e., Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. A Mantra is so called because it is achieved by the mental process.
The Book of Revelation, filled with symbolic and apocalyptic imagery, presents one of its most striking visions in Revelation 9:3-12—the locust army. Understanding the significance of this locust army provides insight into the broader themes of divine judgment, protection, and the ultimate triumph of God’s will as depicted in Revelation.
