2. PRESENT PERFECT
The present tense is used to talk about recent actions or actions which
ocurred some time ago. We form sentences in this these with:
Have / has + past participle verbs
Ejemplos:
I have worked for many years.
Schumaher has won several car races.
We hasn`t been to Argentina for many years.
We haven´t written any letter recently
3. PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS
It is used to express an action that begins in the past ant still continuing
or has just finished. We form sentences in this tense whit:
Have / Has + been + verb – ing
Ejemplos:
I have been wainting for you since this mornig
Louis hasn`t been dreaming about thet trip
Have you been wainting for me since this morning?
4. PAST PERFECT
It is used to express an action that begins before a time in the past. We
form sentences in this tense with:
Had + past participle verb
He loved that house. He had lived there all his life.
I hadn`t lost the key
Had you lost the key? Yes, I had. / No, I hadn´t
