- 2. From the KELC Teachers: Pictures from the last Month: Our classroom size has definitely decreased as we have so many world travelers among us. We currently have children in Bulgaria, Austria and France. We can’t wait for their return so that we can hear all about their travels. We also have a group of soon-to-be kindergarteners who are spending their mornings at KinderCamp to help prepare them for their transition to Eastwood. Those of us who have remained at KELC for the summer have the wonderful opportunity to spend a great deal of time with our grandfriends as we participated in Fun Fitness activities and also the Community Picnic. The children always enjoy the extra time spent out of the classroom with the Kendal CommUnity. We are also thankful to have spent extra time with our parents as many attended the picnic and the “Donuts with Dad”. We will soon be starting a nature project here at KELC, so please look for updates because we hope to include many parents on this project. Karen, Mary, Emily, Robin and Shuang
