Edy Sand tells the story of how they came to be a grain of sand. They began as granite in the mountains that cracked and broke down into smaller pieces. Eventually, Edy was carried by wind and water down a river and became trapped in a developing sandbar, where they were repeatedly crushed over a long period of time by people and other objects sitting on the sandbar. Through this process, Edy was transformed into the grain of sand they are today.
