The author reflects on her personal journey in art education and creativity over four stages of her life. As a child, she explored creativity freely through various art forms. In college, she focused on mastering techniques but lost some of her creative spirit. As a teacher, she encouraged creative thinking in her students and rediscovered her own creativity. Now in retirement, she continues learning and striving to be creative through activities like travel and new art experiences.
