Jordanian English language teachers at Al al-Bayt University face several challenges. Large class sizes make it difficult to give students individual attention. There is also a lack of resources and continuing education opportunities to help teachers improve and stay current. Teachers have little influence over decisions made by the administration. This can negatively impact their ability to effectively teach English.
