the Field service manager through a computerized maintenance system ,download it
from there and analyze the nature of the tool that client needs for the job ,what kind of
service they want for the tool to do therefore the maintenance starts by doing some
physical checks to the precise components of the tool before passing to the inspection
company ,after having had passed the inspection the tool goes to the workshop for the
maintenance service level required according to the bit run summary report imported
from the FTL-RIG which is an business application used to import the tool history to the
normal maintenance system after we check the number of hours contained by the tool
critical parts ,calculate the shock and vibration acquired by the tool ,if all these are on
the tool work specification I can proceed with the maintenance ,after having had finished
the maintenance ,the hard copy of the tool paper work must be delivered to the repair
and maintenance manager (R&M) and the scanned one ought to be attached to the
server and maintenance system .
