Now Jobs 4 Everyone is looking to hire a consultant for their executive search and selection division.
Responsibilities:
• Handle 8-12 active clients in similar industries
• Initiate contacts with clients and potential candidates
• Screening and selection of candidates
• Conducting interviews and testing of candidates
• Creating Job Profiles, Interview Reports and revise Resumes
• Visit clients and maintain good relationships
• Give presentations about the assigned clients
• Support selected candidates and provide feedback at all selection stages
• Initiate networking activities
• Promote Jobs 4 Everyone in general
Requirements
• University or Bachelor Degree
• Fast learner and hard worker
• Punctual
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Minimum age 26
• Able to work independently but willing to share information among team members
Desired
• 2 – 5 years working experience in sales (b2b preferred) or hospitality
• Other language besides Vietnamese and English is a plus
• Outgoing personality
• Experience with business development or sales is a plus
