Key Objective of the Job:
The position is responsible for Hind sighting audit of customer for Post disbursement
Major Deliverables:-
 Hind sighting of loan disbursement documents for salaried, self-employed
professional and self-employed non professional
 Audit of original property papers, KYC, CIBIL report, income documents, legal
reports, calculate LTV and FOIR
 Check the loan exposure etc.) and credit applications and all eligibility criteria as
per policy guideline
 Prepare quarterly reports and report on variance
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 4-5 Years in Credit /Risk /Operations/ Audit in Mortgage
Specialized job competencies:-
 Sound Knowledge over Sanction File and disbursement Docket (documents kit)
