Planning and Zoning Commission meetings, which included generation and posting of all pre and post meeting
public notices with strict adherence to deadlines

 Reception, greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate area or staff member

sensitive and confidential district data; strictly adhering to multiple state required deadlines
 Manage budget records for campus including monthly reconciliation of campus procurement card
 Update and maintain campus and district certification files and policy manuals
 Ongoing update and management of MSDS files
 Maintained strictly confidential evaluation schedules and records for faculty and staff
 Research and develop annual budget PowerPoint presentation and Superintendent newsletter for Board of Education
approval and town hall meetings
