This document discusses building an organization deliberately designed to spread God's love on Earth. It outlines the key aspects of such an organization: the people, processes, products, and profits.
The people must be born again Christians fully committed to God's will. The processes involve executing core business activities and skills with discipline. The products are what the organization offers customers to spread God's love. Profits refer to accomplishing God's goals, not financial gains.
The document asks questions about properly defining each of these aspects and calls people to model Jesus by living as he lived and doing what he did to transform lives and disciple nations.
This document outlines an overview for organizing a church to fulfill its mission. It discusses ensuring the church has the right people committed to God's work and growing in leadership. It asks what the church's core processes and products are for discipling others and invading the earth with God's love. The document emphasizes that the church's goal, or "profit", is not financial but bringing more people to God. It suggests the church's "business" is using various activities and skills to teach God's way of life through discipleship. The church's vision is for God's love to be visible and impactful in transforming lives by modeling Christ and doing what he did.
This document discusses culture and how it is defined by values and behaviors, especially when no one is watching. It prompts the reader to think about how they would like to be loved and scenarios where they wanted to experience love.
