Change Efforts Within an Organization
 There are some reasons that can lead to the failure of change efforts within
an organization.
 These include the lack of knowledge, lack of skills and practice, hidden
conflicts working against change, and culture working against change.
 Emphasizing consequences of a failed change effort, Jeff Whippo shares that
it is significantly negative.
 Negative behavior includes morale declines, absenteeism increases,
organizational turnovers that occur more frequently, and productivity suffers.
