Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provided Quality SAP Basis support which focused on handling administrative task,
incident management and change activities
- Performed SAP Basis Administration (create client, copy client, delete client,
export/import client), SAP Security (creation and management of account), Database
(Oracle, SQL, Hana, Sybase) and UNIX administration.
- Maintain multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development,
test, training and production).
- Monitor the SAP system health and performance issues
- Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS)
