I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience (20+ years) across all areas
of SAP BASIS and Solution Manager Consultation with AMS management, IT Infrastructure
Management, designing and solutioning. An exceptional leader who can handle IT service deliverables
in complete infrastructure as well as SAP R/3 environment administration, implementation, migration,
upgrade activities. I can demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects from conception through to

I had worked in the IBM-GTS last 12.5 years in India in the areas of domestic Infrastructure projects,
performing the following roles and successfully deliver to the clients' requirements. During this time, I
had managed SAP Basis operational activities in domestic client for a large scaled system
landscape. I further developed broader experiences and knowledge in project management and
global delivery expertise.

2. • Responsible for managing overall service support and IBM deliverables for different SO projects like
Siemens, Tata Steel, IDEA
• Supporting Servers, storage, LAN, WAN, Production Systems in a 24*7 environment - performance
analysis, tuning and troubleshooting real time Production issues.
• Interacting with End Users to understand the problems and working closely with other Functional and
Development teams to find the root cause and resolve them.

performance monitoring, backup, job scheduling, user authorization, database security policy
