programming duties in the development, implementation and support of Safeway retail systems and
applications and provide resolutions and recommendations on problems and incidents.
Performs incident resolution, problem fixes and implements changes by using multiple application, tools

major incidents on application, web, MQ, Client Test, Terminal Servers, batch server, support servers

Batch Analyst Team Lead: 2011 –2012
Provides leadership, work assignments, trainings and technical guidance to Analysts and supervises the
entire shift in actively monitoring batch processing for all the products/clients the Team supports. Works
with the Manager/Team members in production trends analysis, process improvements, and production
documentation updates. Maintains production schedule and general operation performance of the
system by effectively managing resources and ensuring that standard operating procedures are always
followed.

• Implemented Buddy System for process improvement to be used in the operations.
