PERSONAL SUMMARY
Experienced SAP Basis Administrator familiar with software applications and utilizing them to
help company manage and improve activities across multiple operating systems. Also,
experienced in providing motivation and guidance. Now looking for a new and challenging SAP
Basis Administrative position, one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience
and also further my personal and professional development.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Government Agency and Financial Institution
IT Backend Associate April 1, 2013 – Present
Responsibilities and Duties:
SAP Basis Administrator
 Implementand maintain the multipleSAP instances that comprise the SAP environment
(development, test and production)
 Configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technicalenvironment on
an ongoing basis as well as scheduling and executing the SAP transport system.
 Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
 Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and
Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are
promoted properly
 Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that
minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP
instance
 Analyze situations and provide problem resolution
 Responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems
 Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks,
developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.)
 Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client,
export/import client) as required
System Administrator
 Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services,
settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and
project/operational requirements
 Develop, maintain installation and configuration procedures
 Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all
 Hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and
application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
 Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
 Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization
as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required
Office Backend
 Attending calls and emails regarding server concerns
 Drafting of memorandums, letters and other procurement documents
 Filing of documents and records
AREAS OF EXPERIENCE
 Monitor and maintain performance of the servers (CPU, DISK, MEMORY)
 Performed support for the users/clients
 Identifying and solving any problems regarding SAP issues
 Add/Create, delete, modify users, roles and authorizations
