Miss. Elizabeth Bollington has been employed by Strategies To Empower People also know as S.T.E.P.
as a Direct Support Professional (DPS) since 612712014. Since then Elizabeth has been working to
support a disabled gentleman who is diagnosed with Autism living in his own home and being an active
participate in his community.
As a DPS Elizabeth is responsible for the well being and safety of this gentlemen by assisting him with
his personal individual needs that he requires from his staff on a daily basis. Elizabeth assists in getting
him groomed and dressed in the morning, preparing and cooking all meals, house hold cleaning, medical
needs such as medications, shopping, and reaching personal goals. Elizabeth has done tremendous work
in getting this gentleman situated in his new home and exploring different areas of his new town to
integrate him in his community.
Miss Bollington is a very dedicated and reliable employee and strives for the best for her employer
going above and beyond the calls of her duties.
