RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Second line technical support for operations on product, process and equipment
- Manage and control sample production, based on external (R&D, sales) or internal requirement (production,
quality), including feedback to external parties
- Guard process implementation in production; set process parameter windows and secure implementation in
production
- Secure equipment change control through drawing updates and communication with SE documentation
department
- Identify areas for improvement based on cost analysis (including yield, efficiency and material consumption)
- Drive production process improvement by implementation of technology improvement or running process
improvement projects
- Implement equipment improvements (in cooperation and by instruction of SE)
- Participate in standardizing parts and materials for production
- Standardizing work method and process for production.
- Analyze operations to set standard working time and identify capacity
- Comply with SBS (Sonion Business System) which consists of and not limited to all policies, regulations, and
requirements of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, employee handbook, code of conducts, work rules, SHE, IT,
Confidentiality, etc

- Prepare technical instruction documentation for pilot production
- Validation production line and/or equipment before mass production
