RESPONSIBILITIES
 You are responsible for the optimal introduction of new products in new technologies and for the
optimization of the yield of existing products,
 You analyse and interpret test results in order to improve the yield and quality and to reduce costs,
 As a Product Engineer, you are an investigator and inventor at the same time,
 You acquire an in depth technical knowledge of your products and like to investigate problems that occur
in these products due to unknown marginalities or unexpected manufacturing variations,
 After digging into the problems and demonstrating the root cause, you come up with solutions requiring
either product adaptions or manufacturing changes,
 As a real inventor, you manage to fine-tune your products, making them more stable, more reliable and
cheaper,
 You work in a careful and very structured way to ensure first time right implementations,
 Due to the large multiplication effect of changes on products that are in volume production, your results
are immediately visible in the cost-balance of the company,
 You will also be involved in the development of new technologies and products. During the prototyping
phase you share your knowledge to ensure a good manufacturability and yield right from the beginning,

2.  Being in a central position in the company, you will have a broad network,
 You'll have regular interaction with design, sales, marketing, test, quality & reliability, waferfab
departments and of course the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
 MSc or PhD in engineering, electronics engineering, preferably with a strong interest in circuit design and
technology,
 Previous experience in design is an added value,
 Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field,
 Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with proficient written and oral communications
skills,
 Fluency in English is a must.
