1.1 RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the project management of new product
development for Sonion Vietnam. The project manager will
work closely with the product development team in the
Netherlands to drive innovation, optimize time to market,
product quality and design for manufacturability.
- Manage projects which develop new products for Sonion
Vietnam.
- Participate in the development process for assigned
projects with focus on innovation, time to market, cost
minimization, design for manufacture, and product
quality.
- Budgets responsible for the projects assigned.
- Compile project plans for assigned projects and
coordinate project team meetings. Regularly updates on
project status to senior management, the project team,
and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control progress of projects to provide
technical oversight and ensure that application of
engineering principles is used.
- Work closely with Product Development and Operations on
product design and operations (manufacturability,
assembly, inspection etc).
