33% of all savings and refunds for an 18 month period
• Client s are encouraged but not required to fulfill phone and accessories orders
through JAS, except in situations where JAS is not price competitive or cannot
secure the desired phone model. This ensures that plans are not changed and
unnecessary lines are not added to the account.

9. Management – Ongoing Maintenance
Provided by JAS
We monitor and manage the billing on an ongoing basis through out the length of the
relationship. Our monthly management includes:
• Ensuring our client’s minutes are at the optimum level, and provide just in time minutes by
following peaks and valleys in usage.
• Ensuring the client has the right features on each phone for their needs such as text
messaging, data, mobile-to-mobile, etc, and that they aren’t paying unnecessarily for any
unused features.
• Recommending any new plans, features, etc. that we feel could be an immediate benefit to
you.
• Securing credits to your account when available.
• Making sure our client always get the best price on any phone replacement and doesn’t take
on any extra contracts (if they chose to order phones through us).
• Managing phones on suspension so that you are not paying a monthly rate for any phone
line that is not being used.
