Dispatcher/ Team Lead/Client Relations Manager/Systems Administrator
 I have worked for ALC in many different capacities, from customer facing roles to roles that required personnel
management and complaint resolution to back end technical support and infrastructure management. A s ALC has
grown and expanded from a small startup to a National player in the Para-transit, non emergency medical
transportation and School transportation industries, and as I have learned new schools, I have filled many roles
within the organization.
 As the systems administrator at ALC I am responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration,
operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Though my experience has
been mostly Microsoft centric (Windows Server 2003-2012r2, Hyper-V, Failover Cluster Manager, DFS, Active
Directory, Exchange, Data Protection Manager, MSSQL, CRM, SharePoint, etc.) I have experience with other OS’s.
 Designed and Implemented the upgrade of ALC’s Active Directory Domain Services “forest” from 2008 to 2012r2 and
configured all roles and features (DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, etc.) and several domain controllers to
accomplish this project.
 Managed the Active Directory Domain Services environment for 200+ users and 200+ virtual and physical machines
including usernames, passwords, permissions, and GPO architecting.
 Planned and implemented DFS (Distributed File System) infrastructure upgrade and replication scheduling to ensure
minimal downtime.
 Installed and configured DataOn CIB-9470 4U 70-bay Server to replace existing HP and EMC SAN’s for DPM, DFS
and AAA machine storage.
 Configured several SQL “cubes” including SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and DW (Data Warehouse) machines (2012r2 and SQL
2012 and 2014) and many stand alone SQL machines.
 Built and configured HP G7, G8 and G9 Host servers as Failover Cluster Nodes and several virtual machines
(Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2012r2).
 Familiar with machine virtualization technologies, with special emphasis on Microsoft Hyper -V and Failover Cluster
manager.
 Managed two separate server stacks, one onsite and one in a SSAE 16 (Type II) data center (Tonaquint Data Center)
in St. George Utah.
 Administered a SIPs platform I3 (Interactive Intelligence) phone system and dialer solution.
