place.
• R&D:- Create ways to attract more and more small businessman and local

3. Costumer pain point/USP
• Transporting goods within India’s major metros is a massive headache. The
use of mini-trucks – the best option available – is grossly unorganized, with
inefficient utilization and no simple way for consumers to find available
providers. Sometimes customers cannot book a truck for service for a day
or more, and drivers often have untold hours of down-time per day. At the
same time, consumers have ever increasing needs to move goods around
the crowded streets of India’s major cities. The market for loading tempo
transportation in India is estimated to be between thirty and sixty thousand
crore rupees ($4.8-9.6 billion USD) annually. This market is ripe for
creative disruption.
• We are organizing this unorganized market of logistic.
4. Business model/make money
• JAP Transport offers a tech platform connecting customers who want to
move goods quickly and with ease to owners of mini-trucks. It is
organizing a massive disorganized market, and providing value to both
sides of the market at the same time. By improving logistics for customers
while also increasing the take-home profits for low-income mini-truck
drivers, JAP Transport is seamlessly connecting rapidly increasing demand
with reliable and safe goods transport. JAP Transport technology is easily
used by both consumers and by truck owner/drivers, making it dramatically
simpler to move goods or household goods around a city. Our web app
makes booking a Loading Cab as easy as booking a Passenger Cab.
• We have also organize the fair model in this unorganized fair situation.
• We have categorized fairs according the types of loading and also
categorized the types of loading Cab according to the type of loading.
5. Business model/make money
This between thirty and sixty thousand crore rupees ($4.8-9.6 billion USD)
annually market of Intracity transportation waiting more to be organized.
We have charges 10-15% for one movement.
e.g- we have an order 18/02/2016 from new sanganer road jaipur to
Mahapura Jaipur , this was the movement of tiles for a school in Mahapura,
we offers 600 Rs. Fair to the customer/client. And we send our driver at
that location within minimum time. After fulfilling the order we got 15% of
600Rs. means 90 Rs. In one move.
Currently we are focusing in our nearby area mansaovar and targeted to
have 100 orders in a day.
6. Future market and technology
In India, last mile logistics (through mini-trucks) is a mini. 5 Billion $ market. The market
is unorganized here as well as other emerging economies in Africa and Asia.
JAP TRANSPORT is building a logistics marketplace focusing on last mile logistics in
developing countries. We start in India.
We have built a platform which will have mobile and web channels for customers to place
bookings.
Nearly all of the drivers in the commercial transportation are semi-literate (English
illiterate) and we are using technology and state-of-art support processes to improve
customer delight and driver stickiness.
8. Current traction
• So far we have completed 100 orders within a few days and our team is
working hard to capture the whole market.
• We got many order for out city goods move like , jaipur to goa, jaipur to
delhi, jaipur to gurgaon, jaipur to chandigarh, but due to less fund available
we are restricted to fulfill the orders.
• Till now we have attached 50 clients and more publicity in local area. And
working innovatively to hold more and more customer from mansarovar
jaipur.
• After raising fund we plan to expand rapidly in whole city. And targeted
2000 order in a day
9. Competitive landscape
• The market for JAP Transport is intra-city, deliveries and this
segment is largely disorganized. The market size of mini-truck
transportation is estimated to be around US$5-10B in India. Owner-
drivers dominate majority of the segment – most own (or lease) a
single truck. Take-home income after costs of lease payments, fuel,
and maintenance often averages only a few hundred rupees per day.
JAP Transport is focused on building better processes for managing
the market and ensuring that drivers’ utilization increases, which in
turn will improve their earnings and in turn their livelihoods.
10. Financials current and projections
In 2016 we have planed to spread JAP Transport in whole
Jaipur and in nearby city. And trying to hold more than 5000
customer from jaipur. And targeted 6 Cr revenue annually.
next year in 2017 we plan to move in Delhi and Bangalore
city. And there targeted to hold 6000 new clients.
in 2018 we targeted to move in other small and big city
because in every city of India a intra city transportation is
important to have better supply chain management.
so in three year plan we targeted to have 50 Cr. Revenue .
11. Funding needs, use of funds
• I need 2 Cr equity funding and guidance with 20% equity
share.
• This investment of 2 Cr will last us for 16 months. With this,
we will be able to get to approx. 5000 customers and more
with 5 Cr in revenues from different sources.
• There is huge market for intra city transportation and in whole
India it is 5-10 Billion$ annually.
12. Current equity structure, fundraising history and
investors
• No investment and equity share from outside till now.
