How to make India free from corruption?
1) Feedback from end users i.e., people
Central government
State government
District level
Mandal
village
People
 Flow of information fromtop level to bottom level governing bodies in
terms of budget alloction, welfareschemes, malpractices, etc and again
fromend users i.e., people to the top level governing systems.
 The government officers has to upload information regarding the budget
allocated to different sectors, fund released for various welfare
programmers fromcentrallevel to state, district, mandal and village. So
that any misuseof governmentproperty or funds can be easily identified
fromone level to another level. Even if the data uploaded was not fair
then the end user (Every citizen of India can login to this app by his/her
Aadhar ID or any unique ID and can easily access the information)
verifies whether the work was done accordingly by using all the
allocated amount or not. Incaseof any variation then the end user or
any other government employee in the middle level can inquire for
explanation on how the amount was spent and they can give feedback
and rating to that work as well as employee. If there is no response
within a specified span of time then a report can be filed to the higher
officials if that issuewas supported by maximum number of people.
2) Making everything online from application filing to application verifying
3 ) providing information to public about working procedureof government, its
policies, programmes and other details in a clear and understandablelanguage
and it should be available to everyone.
4) Making every citizen of India feel responsibletowards our nation.
5)”Reward for work and work for reward”
6) Rating the performanceof individuals and organisation or corporation or
governmentoffices and people representatives.
 Transparency in governance:
Transparency is about shedding light on rules plans, processes, and actions. It
is knowing why, how, what, and how much. Transparency ensures thatpublic
officials, civil servants, managers, board members and business peopleact
visibly and understandably, and reporton their activities. And it means that
the general public can hold them to account. Itin the serestway of guarding
against corruption, and helps increasetrust the people and institutions on
which futures depend.
Itis the responsibility of public officials, civil servants, managers, board
members, peoples representatives to provideinformation to the public about
their activities fromtime to time. But how many of us are awareof what’s
going inside the parliament, assembly, governmentoffices and other
governmentaided privatecompanies. Information is limited to only few group
of people. If it is made available to everyonethen we can reducecorruption
upto some extend.
 Time taking government procedures are tobe made online:
Lenghty and time taking procedures arethe main reasons that are leading to
bribes. To savetheir time and to get their work done, people are involving in
corruption by offering money or other assets. This can be overcomeby making
everything online i.e., fromapplication filing to the end of the task
(“throughoutthe process there won’tbe any manualinteraction and so we can
eliminate corruption upto some extent.
 Localization:
Information has to be made available in local languages and that too it has to
be in an easy and understandableway.
Finally we represented all the abovesolutions in one application that is “JANA
AAYUDHA”
